Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to support hotel reservations operations and guest interactions. You will manage bookings, answer inquiries, and ensure accuracy across PMS, CRS, and OTA channels with a guest-focused approach.

Your role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with Front Office, Revenue, Sales, and leadership to deliver smooth guest experiences. Flexible hours are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, front desk, or hospitality operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using hotel reservations systems.
• Attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and modifications.
• Process reservations through PMS, CRS, OTA channels and booking systems.
• Provide friendly guest service via phone, email, and online channels.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, promotions, loyalty programs, and procedures.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue Management, Sales and leadership teams.
• Support group blocks, VIP reservations, negotiated rates, and special bookings.
• Monitor details, guest preferences, billing info, and updates for accuracy.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and service recovery situations.
• Maintain reservation records and communication logs.
• Support upselling and promotional offers; foster guest engagement.
• Promote a welcoming culture aligned with Sonesta's People People philosophy.
