Parking Management Company (PMC) is a national leader in hospitality-focused parking services, headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. This Lot Auditor role is part-time in the Commercial Parking Division / Hotel Self Parking Division in the San Jose area, with an hourly compensation of $25.00 per hour (rates vary by market).

The candidate will assist guests, direct traffic, monitor the lot, and maintain a clean, safe outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check required.
• No special certifications necessary for this role.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds; outdoor work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & Payments: Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track money and paperwork.
• Reporting & Documentation: Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document parking activity.
• Administrative Support: Label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records.
• Security & Compliance: Check the lot regularly, report unsafe or suspicious activity, ensure vehicles are parked securely and according to policy.
• Lot Maintenance: Keep the parking area and booth clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks.
• Customer Service: Help guests with payments and parking questions while maintaining a friendly attitude.
• Teamwork & Communication: Use radios, stay in contact with the team, support a positive work environment.
• Professionalism & Attendance: Arrive on time, follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance.
• Additional Duties: Attend training sessions, adapt to scheduling needs.
