Parking Management Company (PMC) is a national leader in hospitality-focused parking services. The Lot Auditor helps ensure a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience for guests, including directing traffic, assisting customers, and maintaining the lot.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. This is a non-exempt, hourly role with pay that varies by market and location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Positive, helpful attitude essential.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ticketing & Payments: Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track money and paperwork.
• Reporting & Documentation: Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document parking activity.
• Administrative Support: Label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Security & Compliance: Check the lot regularly, report unsafe or suspicious activity, and ensure vehicles are parked securely.
• Lot Maintenance: Keep the parking area and booth clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks.
• Customer Service: Help guests with payments and parking questions while maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Teamwork & Communication: Use radios, stay in contact with the team, and support a positive work environment.
• Professionalism & Attendance: Arrive on time, follow policies, maintain a professional appearance.
• Additional Duties: Attend training sessions and adapt scheduling as needed.
