The position involves directing traffic, assisting customers, monitoring the lot, and maintaining a clean, secure environment outdoors in all weather conditions. Flexible shifts, non-exempt, with overtime benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, accurate service to guests.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Detail-oriented record keeping and ticketing processes.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing and payments: issue tickets, process payments, and log paperwork.
• Reporting: complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, document activity.
• Administrative support: label keys, record vehicle details, maintain records.
• Security and compliance: inspect lot, report hazards, ensure policy adherence.
• Lot maintenance: keep area clean and presentable, assist with light cleaning.
• Customer service: help guests with payments and parking questions.
• Teamwork: communicate via radios, support a positive work environment.
• Professionalism and attendance: arrive on time, follow policies, maintain appearance.
• Additional duties: attend trainings and adjust to scheduling needs.
