Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Lot Auditor to ensure a safe, efficient, and guest-friendly parking experience. You will direct traffic, assist guests, log activity, and maintain a clean, secure lot in all weather conditions.

This non-exempt, hourly role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. Shift flexibility includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & Payments: Issue tickets, handle payments, and track money and paperwork.
• Reporting & Documentation: Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, document activity.
• Administrative Support: Label keys and record vehicle details.
• Security & Compliance: Monitor lot, report unsafe activity, ensure policy adherence.
• Lot Maintenance: Keep area clean and presentable, assist with light cleaning.
• Customer Service: Assist guests with payments and inquiries with a friendly attitude.
• Teamwork & Communication: Use radios, stay connected with the team.
• Professionalism & Attendance: Arrive on time and maintain professional appearance.
• Additional Duties: Attend training, support scheduling needs.
