Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) seeks a patient, customer-focused Lot Attendant/Lot Auditor to deliver a safe, organized parking experience outdoors in all weather. You will direct traffic, assist guests, handle payments and keep the area clean and secure.

This non-exempt, full-time/part-time role offers pay transparency, overtime where applicable, and benefits, with opportunities for training and advancement within the Commercial Parking Division / Hotel Self Parking Division.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service orientation and helpful attitude.
• Must be able to stand outdoors and maintain professional appearance; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & payments: issue tickets and handle payments accurately.
• Reporting & documentation: complete shift logs and track tickets and revenue.
• Administrative support: label keys and maintain records of parked cars.
• Security & compliance: monitor lot and report unsafe or suspicious activity.
• Lot maintenance: keep area and booth clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning.
• Customer service: assist guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Teamwork & communication: stay connected with team via radios and coordinate tasks.
• Professionalism & attendance: arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance.
• Additional duties: participate in training and adapt to scheduling needs.
