Parking Management Company (PMC) is a national leader in hospitality-focused parking services, headquartered in Nashville, TN. The Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor role supports guest parking, directs traffic, and ensures a safe, clean environment across many venues.

Responsibilities include ticketing, payments, documentation, and daily operations with a strong emphasis on customer service, reliability, and teamwork in an outdoor, variable-weather setting.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Positive, helpful attitude is essential, prior customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & Payments: Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track money and paperwork.
• Reporting & Documentation: Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document parking activity.
• Administrative Support: Label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Security & Compliance: Check the lot regularly, report unsafe or suspicious activity, and ensure vehicles are parked securely.
• Lot Maintenance: Keep the parking area and booth clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning.
• Customer Service: Help guests with payments and parking questions while staying friendly.
• Teamwork & Communication: Use radios, stay in contact with the team, support a positive work environment.
• Professionalism & Attendance: Arrive on time, follow policies, maintain professional appearance.
• Additional Duties: Attend training and adapt to scheduling needs.
