Parking Management Company (PMC) is a national leader in hospitality-focused parking services. The Lot Auditor role supports a smooth, safe guest experience by directing traffic, assisting customers, and monitoring the lot.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable outdoors in all weather. Responsibilities include ticketing, payments, shift logs, records, and ensuring security and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred, with a positive, helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & payments: issue tickets, handle payments accurately and track money.
• Reporting & documentation: complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, document activity.
• Administrative support: label keys, record vehicle details, maintain organized records.
• Security & compliance: inspect lot, report unsafe activity, ensure vehicles are parked per policy.
• Lot maintenance: keep area clean and presentable, assist with light cleaning.
• Customer service: assist guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Teamwork & communication: use radios, stay in touch with the team, support a positive environment.
• Professionalism & attendance: arrive on time, follow policies, maintain professional appearance.
• Additional duties: attend training, adapt to scheduling needs.
