Parking Management Company (PMC) is looking for a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor in Nashville. You will direct traffic, assist guests, monitor the lot, and keep the area clean while outdoor conditions vary with weather.

Responsibilities include issuing tickets, handling payments, logging activity, and maintaining records. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a background check are required. Shifts may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean motor vehicle record; no more than three moving violations in three years.
• Background check required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds; shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets, handle payments, and track money and paperwork.
• Complete shift logs and document parking activity.
• Label keys and record vehicle details; maintain organized records.
• Check lot for safety and policy compliance; report issues.
• Keep the parking area clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and answer questions.
• Use radios to stay in contact with team and supervisors.
• Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support operations.
