Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is a national leader in hospitality-focused parking services. The Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor helps ensure a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience for guests, directing traffic and assisting customers outdoors in all weather conditions.

The role emphasizes delivering friendly, high-touch service while maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant lot. Responsibilities include ticketing, reporting, and teamwork within a non-exempt, hourly position with

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Background check required prior to employment.
Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Direct traffic and assist guests to ensure smooth entry and exit.
Issue tickets, accept payments, and document transactions accurately.
Complete shift logs and track tickets, revenue, and parking activity.
Label keys and maintain organized records of parked cars and bays.
Monitor lot for safety and report security concerns and policy violations.
Keep parking area, booth, and surroundings clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning.
Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and resolve guest concerns.
