Job summary

7 Cedars Resort in Sequim, WA is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Agent. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, reservations, guest inquiries, and guest recommendations to create a welcoming stay.

Responsibilities include coordinating with departments, promoting Totem Rewards, and assisting with housekeeping as needed. Prior hospitality software experience and flexible hours are required; casino knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Hospitality preferred.
• Casino knowledge preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to promote positive relationships with guests and staff.
• Strong organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
• Highly analytical thinking for process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality software.
• Flexible with hours including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Make room reservations by phone or in person.
• Greet and check guests in and out of the hotel.
• Prepare for guest arrivals and ensure paperwork is in order.
• Coordinate with departments to meet guest needs.
• Promote loyalty program with guests.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Support with tours and excursions bookings with partners.
• Utilize Agilysys Visual One and Luxe for revenue management.
