Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in hotel industry is required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• PMS experience (preferred).
• Must know and use proper English including grammar, spelling, punctuation, vocabulary, and have basic arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist with the registration process for guests.
• Answer questions pertaining to hotel operations.
• Handle cash and credit transactions and sell gift shop items.
• Maintain accurate guest information and perform other duties as assigned by the department manager.
