Fairfield Inn & Suites Sevierville Kodak is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, register guests, secure payments, and verify billing with a friendly, professional approach.

You will assist guests with reservations, provide local recommendations, and collaborate within a fast-paced team to deliver outstanding service and build lasting guest relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
• Collaborative team member with a positive, professional attitude.
• Excellent organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear written and verbal communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly during check-in and check-out with a friendly, efficient approach.
• Complete guest registrations, secure payments, and verify or adjust billing as needed.
• Confirm guest information, room rates, and room selections.
• Create and code electronic room keys and manage reservations.
• Assist guests with questions and special requests in a timely manner.
• Address guest concerns by researching, resolving, and negotiating solutions.
• Deliver high standards of service to exceed guest expectations.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, brand-consistent service.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel offerings, amenities, and promotions.
• Develop professional relationships with guests, clients, and groups.
