Holiday Inn Cookeville is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the face of the hotel, greeting guests, registering rooms, issuing keys, and handling inquiries to ensure a warm arrival and memorable stay.

You will answer calls, maintain lobby cleanliness, keep accurate records, and help resolve guest concerns with a positive energy. The role offers training, growth opportunities, and a collaborative team in Cookeville.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related experience or training preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, multitasking, and time management are important.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, register, issue room keys, and assist guests with inquiries to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.
• Answer and transfer calls promptly and politely, delivering high levels of customer service.
• Monitor lobby and guest areas for cleanliness, maintain front desk records, and complete reports and invoices.
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude and contribute to a fun team environment.
• Listen to and resolve guest concerns promptly, whether in person or by phone.
