• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete registration, input info, assign rooms, and explain hotel services.
• Assist guests at check-out, process payments and currencies.
• Provide hotel information and upsell services to maximize occupancy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly manner.
• Handle messages and relay them to guests.
• Resolve guest complaints and negotiate solutions.
