Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Agent for Marriott Syracuse Downtown to greet and register guests, handle check-in/check-out, and assist guests with needs while delivering high standards of service.

You will use POS systems, promote services, and upsell offerings to improve occupancy, while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor and teamwork with hotel staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them at check-in using the computer and room info.
• Assist guests with checkout, handle payments, and process currency exchanges.
• Provide knowledge of rooms, rates, packages, and local area; answer questions.
• Upsell hotel services to maximize occupancy.
