Qualifications

• Strong customer-service and communication skills are required.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills are preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a guest-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Process check-ins/checkouts, reservations, and payments.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with information and directions.
• Assist guests with special requests and local recommendations.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and shift records.
• Keep front desk and lobby organized and clean.
• Communicate needs to relevant departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.).
• Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
