Job summary

Viejas Casino and Resort in San Diego, CA seeks a Food and Beverage Attendant to deliver hospitality across multiple dining outlets. You will greet Guests, describe menus, upsell when appropriate, take orders, input into POS, and handle payments while maintaining clean, attractive service areas.

Role requires a Food Handler’s Card, California Beverage Service training, and 0–2 years of related experience. Bilingual Spanish is preferred; must be 21+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Handler’s Card required.
• California Responsible Beverage Service Training and Certification required upon hire.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 0–2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and describe menus with allergens and ingredients.
• Take orders and enter into POS using guest names.
• Process payments accurately and manage guests' rewards options.
• Expedite food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain clean, stocked dining venues and buss tables.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
