Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort is seeking a Beverage Server to deliver drinks and food on the casino floor, stock supplies, and maintain cleanliness in service areas. You will use handheld devices and POS systems to place orders, promote offerings, and ensure fast, friendly guest service.

Requires a 21+ age minimum, a Food Handler’s Certificate, and California RBS training. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. The role offers flexible shifts in a dynamic resort setting with substantial benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• RASS or TIPS Certification within 30 days of employment and maintain current certification.
• California Responsible Beverage Service Training and Certification required upon hire.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers food and beverages to guests on the casino floor and stocks supplies.
• Maintains knowledge of menu, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections.
• Uses handheld devices to place orders and monitor service tickets.
• Operates POS tickets for beverage orders to specification.
• Pushing beverage carts and serving beverages and snacks as needed.
• Maintains safe work habits and adheres to health regulations.
• Communicates effectively with Casino Service Representatives and Food & Beverage team.
• Attends mandatory meetings and performs related duties as assigned.
