Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort is seeking a Beverage Server to deliver drinks and food on the casino floor, stock supplies, and maintain clean service areas. You will use handheld devices and POS to process orders, push beverage carts, and ensure accurate cash handling with guests in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, Food Handlers' Certificate, and California RBS training; 21+ yrs old; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Food Handlers' Certificate required.
• RASS or TIPS Certification within 30 days of employment.
• California Responsible Beverage Service Training required upon hire.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver beverages and food to guests on the casino floor.
• Stock supplies, ice, and packaged foods.
• Clear dishes, cups, utensils, and maintain clean areas.
• Operate handheld devices to place orders and monitor ticket requests.
• Use POS tickets to prepare drink orders to specifications.
• Push beverage carts and serve beverages and snacks as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and alcohol brands.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Attend mandatory meetings and perform related duties as assigned.
