Viejas Casino & Resort is seeking a Beverage Server to deliver drinks and food to guests on the casino floor, stock supplies, and maintain clean service areas. You will use handheld devices to place orders, push beverage carts, and ensure timely service while complying with health and safety standards.

The role requires 21+ with 0–2 years’ experience, valid Food Handler’s Certificate, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vocational training or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• RASS or TIPS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• California Responsible Beverage Service Training required upon hire.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 0–2 years of experience or training.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong guest service skills and attention to detail.
• Cash handling proficiency demonstrated.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with Casino Service Representatives and F&B teams.
• Attend mandatory meetings and perform related duties as assigned.
