Blackberry Farm in Walland, TN is seeking an Assistant Events Manager to oversee small to mid-size group functions, holidays, private events, and corporate gatherings with guest satisfaction as the priority.

You will coordinate planning, logistics, room blocks, meals, and billing; serve as primary contact for guests and vendors, support Event Managers, and work weekends, holidays, and nights as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in event coordination.
• Hospitality industry experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manages internal contracted groups and internal events, small to medium in size.
• Supports Event Managers for larger programs.
• Works weekends, holidays, and nights as necessary to assist with onsite programs.
• Manages all program logistics through planning, execution, and billing: room blocks, meals, meetings, special needs, and reporting.
• Acts as primary contact for guests, vendors, and internal department heads, both in planning and on-site.
