Job summary

Blackberry Farm, LLC in Walland, TN is seeking a Floral Assistant to join our floral team in delivering elegant arrangements across the property and during events. You will help maintain the floral bay, prepare materials, and support set-ups with a friendly guest-focused approach.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of flowers and color palettes, a high school diploma, and a strong work ethic; must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of flowers, colors, and textures is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the floral bay.
• Distribute and maintain floral arrangements throughout the property.
• Find foliage on the property and process new flowers on arrival.
• Assist the Floral team in event set-up and breakdown.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, positive attitude.
