Job summary

Blackberry Farm is seeking a detail-oriented Lodging Manager to oversee Front Desk, Front of House Concierge, Guest Services, Housekeeping and Night Audit. You will ensure world-class hospitality and guest satisfaction across all touchpoints during stay.

The role focuses on leadership, training, and coordinating departments to maintain service standards, budget discipline, and a consistent guest experience at our Walland, TN property.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years Hospitality Experience or 1-2 years Front Desk Experience preferred.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in MS Windows & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Front Desk, Front of House Concierge, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Night Audit teams.
• Ensure World Class Hospitality for every guest throughout their stay.
• Develop Lodging Supervisors and provide training, performance reviews and development plans.
• Maintain the budget with labor tracking and operational expenses.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and uphold company policies.
