Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to two years of prior experience preferred, with senior living experience strongly desired.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools; familiarity with EHR and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dining service, including catering, room service, and events.
• Take orders accurately and deliver courteous service to residents and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of dining and kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety standards and manage tablesetting and menu knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to support wellbeing.
