Job summary

Green Thumb Industries, in partnership with RISE Dispensaries, is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist dedicated to hospitality and safety leadership. You will be the welcoming face, manage check-ins, and uphold compliance while maintaining a calm, friendly store environment.

Responsibilities include deterring incidents, monitoring entry points, and collaborating with teams to ensure guest safety and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus when paired with guest-first service.
• Must meet scheduling and availability requirements including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming & Check-In: greet guests, manage check-in professionally, set the RISE Vibe, provide concierge-level support.
• Safety, Security & Support: deter incidents, monitor premises, de-escalate, escort customers when needed, respond to incidents.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: build relationships with store teams, share safety insights, assist training of new APS members.
• Other duties as assigned.
