Green Thumb Industries and RISE Dispensaries seek an Asset Protection Specialist to welcome guests, balance hospitality with safety, and support store operations. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, deter incidents, and assist in emergency procedures while maintaining compliance and a customer-first attitude.

The role emphasizes a warm, professional presence, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced retail cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus when paired with a guest-first mindset.
• Must meet scheduling needs, including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Must pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have a valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must be 21 years or older and compliant with cannabis regulations.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in with professionalism and compliance.
• Provide concierge-level support and direct guests to services.
• Deter incidents and maintain a calm, safe environment across the store.
• Escort customers as needed and support safety and operations.
• Report safety or compliance incidents promptly and assist in emergencies.
• Collaborate with teams and contribute to training of new APS staff.
