Green Thumb Industries and RISE Dispensaries are seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to serve as the welcoming, safety-minded face of the dispensary. You will blend hospitality with security, positively impacting the guest experience while upholding cannabis compliance and brand values.

The role requires an energetic, professional demeanor, the ability to move across the floor, assist guests, and coordinate with team members to maintain a secure, compliant environment across varying shifts

Qualifications

• One year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
• Must pass background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID and be 21+ years old.
• Must be able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in with warmth and efficiency.
• Deter incidents and maintain safety and calm across the store and perimeters.
• Escort customers and support operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
