• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume retail management.

• Able to work 40+ hours weekly including holidays, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs.
• Model excellent service standards and coach associates to deliver outstanding experiences.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for operational readiness.
• Serve as brand ambassador and educate candidates on appearance and professionalism standards.
• Coach team members, track training completion, gather feedback, reinforce expectations.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment to attract high-caliber candidates aligned with mission and values.
• Conduct professional interviews with standardized evaluation tools for consistency.
