• Proactive recruiter who builds bench strength for growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive guest-focused environment by staffing for peak hours.
• Coach associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain standards.
• Open/close store procedures and ensure operational readiness.
• Act as brand ambassador for appearance and professionalism standards.
• Coach training effectiveness, track completion, and gather feedback.
• Schedule optimization by balancing availability with business needs.
• Onboard and train new hires through company programs.
• Prioritize open requisitions and maintain recruitment communications.
