Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate with guests and team.
• Experience in supervision or team leadership in fast-paced settings.
• Numerical literacy and ability to calculate totals and reconcile cash handling.
• Ability to write clear notes and instructions for team.
• Minimum age 18 and education requirements fulfilled.

Responsibilities

• Coach crew members to meet Brand standards and guest experience.
• Communicate shift priorities and goals to the team.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members.
• Create a guest-first culture and resolve guest issues.
• Maintain brand standards, recipes, and systems across operations.
• Drive sales, execute restaurant standards and handle cash variances.
