High 5 Hospitality Group is seeking Cashiers/Hosts to join our growing team across its five award-winning brands. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and seat guests to create a positive first impression of the dining experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication to engage with guests and provide information.
• Attention to detail in processing transactions and seating.
• Basic math skills for payments and change.
• Familiarity with POS systems for checkout.
• Experience in cashier or restaurant roles preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, assist with orders and seating requests.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit/debit transactions.
• Maintain cashier area clean and organized; manage supplies and receipts.
• Answer questions about menu items and assist with order placement.
• Ensure order accuracy including special requests and modifications.
• Support other team members during busy periods.
