Job summary

High 5 Hospitality Group is seeking friendly Cashiers/ Hosts to join our growing team across our award-winning brands. You will handle transactions, assist guests, greet and seat diners, and help create a positive first impression in our restaurants.

Prior cashier or restaurant experience is preferred but not required. You will work in a fast-paced environment, with evening and weekend shifts, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Accurate handling of cash, credits, and transactions.
• Attention to the numbering sequence of tables and receipts.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at tables, accommodating seating requests.
• Process cash, credit, and debit payments quickly and accurately.
• Answer questions about menu items and assist with orders.
• Ensure order accuracy and handle special requests or modifications.
• Keep cashier area clean and organized, manage supplies and receipts.
• Assist other team members during busy periods.
