Job summary

P.F. Chang's is hiring dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses, or Waiters in Orlando. You will be a core team member in a scratch kitchen, delivering an exceptional guest experience and hospitality.

No prior experience is required; we provide training. You will engage guests, guide their dining journey, and handle orders and payments while maintaining a clean, organized dining area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required; training will be provided by us.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol.
• Have a valid Food Handler’s Card where required, or we help you obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality by greeting guests and taking orders.
• Understands the menu and can answer guest questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience and processes orders and payments.
• Keeps the dining area organized and maintains sanitation standards.
