P.F. Chang's is hiring dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters to join our scratch kitchen team.

Core responsibilities include delivering exceptional guest experiences, understanding the menu to assist guests, and guiding them through orders, service, and payments. No prior experience is required as training is provided; strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.

• No prior experience required – training provided.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card or we will help you obtain.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality experience to guests, anticipating and exceeding expectations.
• Understands the menu to engage guests and answer questions.
• Guides guests through dining, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments.
• Knows restaurant seating and service areas to deliver food efficiently.
