Job summary

P.F. Chang's is hiring dine-in servers to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will greet and seat guests, explain menu options, take orders, serve food and beverages, handle payments, and maintain a welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on menu items and answer questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, and processing payments.
• Knows restaurant seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas to deliver food efficiently.
