P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring dine-in Servers (Waiters/Waitresses) to join our front-of-house team in the United States. No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training is provided, and you will deliver exceptional guest service with a hospitality-focused mindset.

You'll learn the menu, assist guests in choosing items, take orders, serve food and beverages, and process payments while ensuring smooth seating and teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
