Job summary

P.F. Chang’s is hiring immediately for full-time or part-time dine-in food and beverage servers, waitresses or waiters. No prior experience required – we will train you. You will provide excellent guest service and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through the menu, taking and serving orders, handling payments, and helping with seating. You must meet the state age requirement for alcohol and follow sanitation and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
