PF. Chang's is hiring dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters. Join a core team at our scratch-kitchen restaurant where every guest experience is crafted with hospitality and care.

Prior experience isn’t required as we provide on-the-job training to help you shine. Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential as you guide guests through menus, take orders, and deliver food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card, or we will help you obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers hospitality, anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the menu and can engage guests on menu selections.
• Guides guests through dining experience, taking and serving orders, and processing payments.
• Understands seating layout and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
