Job summary

P.F. Chang's is seeking friendly dine-in servers (waitresses or waiters) for full-time or part-time shifts. You will provide guests with an exceptional hospitality experience, learn the menu, and guide guests through ordering and payments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is not required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have or obtain a Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Understands the menu to assist guests with selections and answer questions.
• Guides guests through dining, taking and serving orders, and processing payments.
• Knows restaurant seating layout and how to deliver food within server areas.
