• Hospitality experience and guest-focused service is required.
• Availability for all shifts with open availability.
• Friendly, positive, and approachable demeanor.
• Comfortable taking a leadership role and setting a strong example.
• Experience in restaurant service, bartending, or hospitality.
• Organized and dependable.
• Capable in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong cash-handling and POS skills.
• Strong communicator with guests and coworkers.
• Knowledgeable about responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the restaurant team in providing friendly, efficient, and exceptional table service.
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Open and close the restaurant while completing daily opening and closing checklists.
• Work closely with management and the kitchen to coordinate staffing, supplies, and daily operations.
• Address guest concerns and find solutions that turn challenges into positive experiences.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, professionally, and with genuine hospitality.
• Maintain a fully stocked and organized bar, including liquor, mixers, condiments, paper products, and produce.
• Greet guests, take beverage orders, and confidently recommend drinks and menu selections.
• Prepare and serve beverages using standard recipes, proper garnishes, and responsible portion control.
• Follow all state, federal, and company requirements regarding alcohol service.
• Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system and maintain guest checks.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Complete cash drops and end-of-shift procedures and ensure restaurant funds are properly secured.
• Make sure the restaurant, bar, and equipment are clean, organized, stocked, and ready for the next shift.
