Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant management in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations: personnel, food planning, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with coaching and aiming for excellence.
• Develop and implement plans to promote the Shake Shack brand in the local community through events.
