Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience strongly preferred.
• Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required.
• Top-notch customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Hire, train and develop employees, communicating job expectations and providing feedback.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with laws.
• Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed.
• Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
• Control costs to help maximize profitability.
• Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll-outs; train and market.
