Qualifications

• Fluent in English required.
• Strong math and financial management skills.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop employees; communicate job expectations.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
• Create a guest-first culture and ensure guest service standards.
• Ensure shifts are staffed to meet guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, sanitary environment complying with laws and brand standards.
• Control costs and execute in-restaurant marketing and promotions.
• Set sales goals and monitor results.
