Job summary

The Porter position at Towne Park is responsible for the overall basic general cleaning of the common garage area while delivering exceptional hospitality to guests during their stay. The role includes basic upkeep of garage equipment and waste receptacles, plus assisting with customer issues such as lock-outs and dead vehicle assistance.

Hours are Monday through Thursday, 7am–3:30pm, with benefits including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• 18+ years of age and able to pass background checks, motor vehicle record and drug screen.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of garage and common areas, including entrances and exits.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; provide information about surrounding area and attractions.
• Perform general cleaning tasks with mop, power washer, and cleaning solutions.
• Protect guest confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
• Perform snow removal and salt/sand application on walkways as needed.
• Support with landscaping tasks and upkeep of the garage facility.
