Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Porter to handle basic cleaning of the garage and deliver attentive hospitality to guests during their stay. The role involves keeping common areas tidy, assisting guests with needs, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record and drug screen.
• Must have a valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness checks of all guest entrances/elevator landings in the entire garage.
• Empty ash urns and trash receptacles daily or when ½ full.
• Maintain general garage cleanliness with broom, mop, and power washer as needed.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; provide information about local attractions.
• Snow removal from entrances/exits and walkways; apply salt/sand as needed.
• Support with basic customer issues in the parking area (locks, flat tires, etc.).
• Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA requirements.
