Bear Creek is seeking a guest‑service focused grille server to create a memorable dining experience for guests at our resort. You will work with the team and independently to ensure orders are accurate, prepared as requested, and served promptly.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests, informing them of specials, taking orders, and delivering meals while maintaining a clean station. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 6 months experience as a server in a comparable restaurant preferred.
• RAMP Certification preferred.
• Availability during peak operating times (weekends, holidays, events).

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
• Welcome and greet guests and ensure they feel comfortable.
• Inform guests of specials and menu options; make recommendations.
• Take orders and enter them into the POS system for kitchen and bar.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner; assist teammates as needed.
• Maintain clean service areas and handle payments when applicable.
