Job summary

Bear Creek Mountain Resort is seeking a Café Associate Attendant for the Mountain Eatery Cafe to deliver friendly, attentive service and help create a memorable guest experience. The role involves taking and relaying food and beverage orders, keeping the station stocked, assisting with simple food preparation, and maintaining clean work areas in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Food and beverage experience preferred.
• Availability during peak operating times, i.e.: weekends, holidays and special events.

Responsibilities

• Take and relay food and beverage orders behind a food line.
• Check on guest satisfaction and report concerns.
• Provide food and beverage product knowledge and use proper serving techniques.
• Clean counters, equipment and general work areas.
• Replenishes foodstuffs and supplies in a cafeteria serving line, food bar or storeroom.
• Performs simple food preparation.
• Report needed supplies and equipment malfunctions for the purpose of notifying cafeteria manager of needed items and repair and/or replacement.
