Job summary

Bear Creek is seeking a Grille Line Cook focused on guest service to help create a positive, memorable dining experience in our back-of-house team. You will work with the Head Cook/Sous Chef and peers to ensure a high-quality food experience and uphold our dining standards.

You will set up and maintain the grill station, review assignments, ensure sanitation and hotel requirements, and help execute established menu items with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strictly abide by State sanitation/Health regulations and Hotel requirements
• Meet with Head Cook/Sous Chef to review assignments, anticipated business levels, changes and other information pertinent to the job performance
• Complete opening duties:
• Set up workstation with required tools, equipment and supplies
• Inspect the cleanliness and working condition of all tools, equipment and supplies.
