Job summary

Bear Creek Mountain Resort seeks a Grille Line Cook focused on guest service to help create a memorable dining experience. You will work with a team and individually, maintaining high culinary standards and efficient kitchen operations for the Grille back of house.

Responsibilities include enforcing health regulations, prepping, stocking, and assisting during busy periods. 2-3 years in a high-volume kitchen and reliable transportation are preferred; excellent teamwork and English skills are

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2-3 years experience in high volume, professional restaurant preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent kitchen administration knowledge and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strictly abide by State sanitation/Health regulations and Hotel requirements.
• Set up workstation with required tools, equipment and supplies.
• Inspect the cleanliness and working condition of all tools, equipment and supplies.
• Inform the Head Cook of any shortages before the item runs out.
• Communicate any assistance needed during busy periods to the Sous Chef to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Return all food items to proper storage areas and ensure proper storage procedures.
